How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible and in any case within 2 working days. In the Netherlands, the order will be delivered within 24 hours from the moment we send it to you. For other countries, shipping may take a little longer.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive a track & trace email from our carrier. You can track your order here.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, for shipments outside Europe, the delivery time may take slightly longer.

How do I care for the products?

We recommend washing/ironing the clothes inside out. When it comes to washing, we recommend a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. It is always best to hang and dry clothes.

Do you use sustainable packaging materials?

Yes, we definitely do that. Creating the new world is one of our core values ​​and we take our care for the planet very seriously. All our packaging materials are sustainable, we use compostable poly mailers and compostable shipping labels. In addition, products are packaged in durable tissue paper with durable stickers. This way we ensure that you get the best customer experience, while taking care of our beautiful planet.

Will my items be delivered in one package?

With the environment in mind, we always tend to ship items as sustainably as possible. This means that we always send orders in one package. If your order is so large that even our largest package is not large enough, we can use multiple packages in the most environmentally friendly way.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your address in your own account. If this doesn't work, you can always send an email to info@biggerpictureclothing.com and we will make the changes so you can enjoy delivery to the right address.

Returns and exchanges

What is the return and exchange policy?

  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging and with the original tags attached. Don't worry, the added gifts (like the thank you cards) are all yours!
  • To contact us regarding returns, please send us an email with the following subject: “Your Name – Product Return”. Please state the following in the email: the order number - ordered product(s) - product(s) that you want to return - reason for return.
    We answer all return emails within 48 hours.
  • You can return a product up to 14 days from the date we shipped it to you.
    If you return a product because it is defective, we will refund your shipping costs for returning the item(s) and/or send you a new item or your money back. If you return an item for other reasons, the shipping costs for returning the item(s) will not be refunded.

I have received the wrong product

We strive to never let this happen, but we are also human and making mistakes is part of that. Naturally, we will immediately send you the correct items and we kindly request that you return the incorrect item (at our expense, of course).

My order arrived damaged

You can send us a photo of the damage and we will immediately send you a new item. We may ask you to return the item (at our expense, of course) so that we can use it for recycling.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

We work with limited quantities, so that we do not create clothing waste, so it may happen that something is sold out. You can always press the 'Notify me when it's back in stock' button. This way we know when we can restock them, so that we can meet your wishes.

Will you get the shipping costs back?

The full amount paid by you will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. Only if it is our mistake that you need to return your item will we reimburse the shipping costs for returning the product(s). For example, because an item is defective or because we have sent you the wrong product. We made this choice from a sustainability perspective, to minimize the amount of shipping traffic we create.

When will I get my money back?

We always try to refund the money as quickly as possible. You will receive your money back at least 10 working days after we have received the return shipment.
