Shipping and Delivery Policy
If your order does not meet expectations in any way, we are very sorry. Returns are of course possible.
How returns work:
- Send an email to info@biggerpictuerclothing.com
- Please put 'return' in the subject of the email and we will process it as soon as possible
- Please indicate your order number and item number in the email
- Send your order back and we will process it as soon as possible.
- We will refund the entire purchase amount (excluding any shipping and payment costs) as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them
Average delivery time
We do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are not the only ones who influence the delivery time. If your order is placed before 12:00 noon, we aim to ship this order the same day with one of our shipping services. Unfortunately, we are dependent on our third parties at that time and we no longer have any influence on the delivery time. On average, the delivery time, if in stock, is between 1 and 3 working days.
Carrier
Our orders are delivered with DHL via Sendcloud or Bol.com. You will receive a track & trace code to follow the order. If you are not at home, we will try to deliver the order to your neighbors. If this is not possible, it will be delivered to the DHL collection point.
Frequently asked Questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible and in any case within 2 working days. In the Netherlands, the order will be delivered within 24 hours from the moment we send it to you. For other countries, shipping may take a little longer.
What is the return and exchange policy?
- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging and with the original tags attached. Don't worry, the added gifts (like the thank you cards) are all yours!
- To contact us regarding returns, please send us an email with the following subject: “Your Name – Product Return”. Please state the following in the email: the order number - ordered product(s) - product(s) that you want to return - reason for return.
We answer all return emails within 48 hours. - You can return a product up to 14 days from the date we shipped it to you.
If you return a product because it is defective, we will refund your shipping costs for returning the item(s) and/or send you a new item or your money back. If you return an item for other reasons, the shipping costs for returning the item(s) will not be refunded. - You must send the goods to the following address: Witte Vlinderweg 11, 1521 PS, Wormerveer, Netherlands.
How do I track the status of my order?
You will receive a track & trace email from our carrier. You can track your order here.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, for shipments outside Europe, the delivery time may take slightly longer.
How do I care for the products?
We recommend washing/ironing the clothes inside out. When it comes to washing, we recommend a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. It is always best to hang and dry clothes.
